Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns Process

To return an item, please email customer service using our contact from (stating your wish to return the order (in whole or partial) within 14 days of receiving the order.

Once a return has been agreed, the buyer will have an additional 14 days to send the order back for a full refund minus the original postage costs. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded from the cost of the order.

Please do not return an item without notifying us of the intention to make a return. This is to ensure that we are expecting your return and follow-up if we have not received it within a satisfactory timeframe. Be sure to obtain proof of posting when sending a return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issues as soon as possible. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

As Dyers Remorse does not offer exchanges, store credit can be offered in place of a refund. If this has been agreed in lieu of a full refund, the store credit will be offered in the form of a virtual gift card. This will be emailed to you after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the items. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom dyed yarns and fibres, goods that have been used (especially consumables), or if the item is not returned in its original condition – the buyer is responsible for any loss in value for the product(s).
